National Diabetes Prevention Programme at Peartree Medical Centre

We are pleased to continue our partnership work with the team delivering the National Diabetes Prevention Programme.

Referrals made from the practice and in the community will be seen in individual one to one consultations with team members in the surgery on the following dates:-

24^th March 8.45am- 4.45pm

27^th March 1pm-4.45pm

Tuesday 26^th May 8.45am-4.45pm

Weds 3^rd June 8.45am-4.45pm

There are 348 patients registered with us who are eligible for this FREE programme. They are encouraged to talk to their clinician about this programme and clinicians will also continue to  direct patients to the programme where they believe this will be of benefit. Lets defeat diabetes together.
