Latest Patient Feedback on services during the pandemic

Thank you to all the patients who responded so promptly on Monday November 9 2020. Your comments and thoughts will be discussed at the virtual Patient Group meeting on Thursday November 12 2020.

The headline satisfaction rate for those patients contacting us and using our services during the pandemic was 76%. Those expressing dissatifaction were mainly concerned about the reduction in face to face appointments. This will be discussed with the Patient Group.
