Peartree Medical CentreWe are pleased to publicise our first Carers Support Group meeting in December organised jointly by Derbyshire Carers Association and our Care Co-ordinator.
This is open to all carers and aims to provide free help, support and advice as well as a chance to meet with other carers in our patient community.
