Andrea Swanson
Practice Manager
Andrea works in practice on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 08:00-16:00

The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.  Andrea has worked in the NHS for over 10 years in both primary and secondary care.  Prior to this Andrea worked for an international business and spent time in both the UK and China.

Razwana Rafiq
Deputy Practice Manager
Razwana works in practice Monday to Thursday 08:30-15:30

The Deputy Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the practice. Razwana has worked at the practice since 2003 and is passionate about patients and healthcare.
