Peartree staff have a right to be able to undertake their responsibilities without fear of abuse, aggressive behaviour or intimidation. All phone calls are routinely recorded to protect staff and CCTV inside the waiting room and outside the building is also in place.

If patients ignore this requirement (without being physically violent), they will be issued with a single final warning as to their future conduct. Failure to heed this warning subsequently will result in their removal at the absolute discretion of the GP Partners without further reference to the patient.
